Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master - Reporting & Analytics (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- You will be driving agile projects within the program reporting and analytics
- You manage the project scope, plan resources, control and report on budget, milestones and satisfaction of our key stakeholders
- You gather, provide and document regular status updates, articulate and mitigate risks and issues and reporting from/to project teams, program management and other stakeholders
- You act as a functional lead to our agile scrum teams consisting of IT process managers,application specialists, developers and key users
- You ensure and develop agile principles in the project team and support the change process
Who you are
- You have successfully managed agile IT projects in multinational organizations which focused on data warehousing, business intelligence or advanced analytics
- You have experience with SAP BW, Analysis for Office, Tableau and ideally also with SAP Analytics Cloud or BI tools from Microsoft Azure
- You know how to use various process and project management tools and methods e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM – ideally supplemented by relevant certifications
- You have strong communication and conflict resolution skills and can influence through negotiation with interpersonal and motivation skills
- You have a university degree in computer science, business information systems or comparable
- You are fluent in English and ideally also able to communicate in German, or any other additional language
- You would be willing to travel regularly to Knauf sites in all continents
