What you'll do

• You will have end to end responsibility for our M365 Sharepoint Online Intranet projects from the set-up to ensuring delivery on time and within budget at high levels of key stakeholder satisfaction
• You will be accountable for risk management, reporting and communication to the steering committee
• You will intensively communicate with key stakeholders to support active change and adoption management
• You will drive the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• You will evangelize Intranet or Sharepoint Online topics which support the innovative achievement of business needs and goals

Who you are

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience with M365/Sharepoint Online tools and processes (e.g. Power Automate, Graph API)
• You have successfully (co-)led complex IT-projects in international industrial organizations, ideally with active change management or similar experience
• You have experience with implementing and maintaining Intranet tools, ideally based on M365/Sharepoint
• You are acknowledged as entrepreneurial leader with a solid balance of analytical skills and "can do" mentality
• You have excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills within IT and with the business at all levels. Business fluency in English is required. German is a plus
• Experience in European work culture and ideally already located in Germany. International working and corporate experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
