What you'll do

• You will be working in an international team on operating our order to cash and logistics processes
  

• You manage SAP Application Operations for ERP

• You ensure Services and Service Level for the SAP applications, delivering Support globally 24/7

• You support Release management, including transport management & change management of major or minor SAP releases

• You operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new SAP solutions

• You manage integrational aspects to meet availability / quality targets

• You continuously improve processes, tools, procedures as well as organization / responsibilities
  

Who you are

• You bring a university degree in IT or Engineering and already gained 5+ years experience in (SAP) professional developer / customizing
  

• You have knowledge in ITIL Service and Project Management

• You have proven know how in configuration of the SAP modules SD / LE.

• You have solid Experience in sales processes (Master Data in Sales, Sales processing, Shipping, Transportation Management, Freight Management, Billing, Pricing and Bonus, Credit Management

• Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programs

• Good understanding of integrative SAP processes and interfaces to the neighbor modules PP, MM, FI, CO

• You are a fluent English speaker
