What you'll do

• You investigate, resolve and / or escalate all tickets related to the SAP EWM area
  

• You asset the incidents / generic & service requests with a proper impact and urgency assignment

• You act as ticket owner and maintain thigh quality communication with the business

• You achieve a high resolution rate with adequate documentation, and you align with third level support if needed

• You analyze and prepare test cases in quality systems

Who you are

• You gained solid experience working with SAP EWM and ideally gained experience working with SAP WM
  

• You are familiar with processes related to warehouse operations (picking, put away, physical inventory)

• You understand linking points between EWM and material management, sales and distribution functional modules

• You know how to customize SAP EWM, debug SAP programs, and you understand the similarities and differences between SAP WM and SAP EWM

• You are a fluent English speaker

What are the required technical skills

• Familiarity with the SAP EWM module
• Very good understanding of business processes related to warehouse operations (picking, putaway, physical inventory, etc.)
• Awareness of linking points between EWM and Material Management + Sales and Distribution functional modules
• Knowing dependencies between EWM and Inventory Management for Inbound & Outbound goods flow processes
• Understanding differences and similarities between SAP WM and EWM tools and processes
• Basic debugging skills of SAP programs
• Customization knowledge for the SAP EWM area
