What you'll do

• Manage SAP Application Operations for PI
• Ensure Services and Service Level for the SAP applications delivering Support globally 24/7
• Define KPIs & ensure system monitoring
• Ensure all SAP Operations processes & related support processes
  
• Support Release management including transport management & change management of major or minor SAP releases
• Operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new SAP solutions
• Manage integrational aspects to meet availability / quality targets
• Continuously improve processes, tools, procedures as well as organization / 
• Exchange experience with other stakeholder
  
• Interaction with the Projects and Programs to improve processes

Who you are

• You have knowledge of IT services related to:
  • SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1 or higher
  • IB objects configuration including adapter types IDoc, File, SFTP, SOAP, JDBC, XI, (OFTP 2.0, AS2, X400 - nice to have).
  • ESR interface, mapping and process integration objects development including UDF
  • monitoring of IE, AAE, Communication Channels, Java Logs
  • XML, XPath, SQL (queries, procedures)
  • ABAP understanding

• You have basic understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP development workbench.
• Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programs
• Additional skills:
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaboratively works together with (intercultural) team
  • Active, lean-forward attitude
