What you'll do

• As  part of the team you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations within the Data Center department, specialized on maintain and administrate the monitoring environment.

• Maintain & Administrate monitoring solution based on PRTG and New Relic (primary)
• Create and set up dashboards & reports based on KPIs & Events
• System Monitoring of Core Services and Core Applications
• 3rd Level support
• Support & Consulting to monitor additional environments (OnPrem & Cloud)
• Documentation and recording in ticket system

Who you are

• Experienced professional in IT infrastructure subjects
• Infrastructure process expertise
• Highly experienced in at least one monitoring solution like SCOM, PRTG, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, IBM Instana, ITCAM, Netcool, Nagios, Zabbix (New Relic preferred)
• General experience in infrastructure services and services related to monitoring (Cloud and OnPrem)

• You have knowledge of IT services related to:
• New Relic
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Products related to Monitoring
• Good Knowledge in VMWare related to Monitoring
• Good Knowledge in Cloud related to Monitoring
• Good Knowledge in Linux related to Monitoring
• Basic Knowledge in Network
• Scripting, PowerShell preferred
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal and strong service orientation
• Fluent in English, German will be an advantage
