Software Asset Management Specialist

What you'll do
- Processing and verifying software asset requests
- Reporting on license consumption
- Support, management and optimization of Lifecycle-processes and license inventory in SAM tool and assisting in the further development of our SAM tool
- Conducting and supporting internal and external license audits
- Collaborating on IT licensing topics in national and international projects
- Analyzing license usage and contracts and implementation of cost optimization measures with respect to licensing and software assets
- You will play a key role in ensuring the use of software licenses is compliant
- Ordering of licenses and annual maintenance / software assurance
- Processing of urgent inquiries and escalations from business
Who you are
- You have 3-5 years of working experience in software asset management or in one of the following environments: IT contract or vendor manager or IT administration.
- You have a can-do mentality, strong customer and solution orientation with a self-dependent and pragmatic way of working and who enjoys working with international teams.
- You work very independently, analytic and organized, within your area of responsibility.
- You are a good communicator.
- Your focus is on Improvement, and you are willing to learn
- You have experience in SAP license measurement
- You have Experience in working with Flexera
- Configurate our SAM tool Flexera.
