What you'll do

• Reviewing Requests for Development (RfDs) and Requests for Implementation (RFIs) for ongoing Change Requests
• Updating of RfDs and RFIs for ongoing CRs
• Maintenance of documentation: i.e. list of pricing enhancements, pricing enhancements description, etc.
• Learning/education/trainings
• Conducting tests (for projects and ongoing Change Requests)
• First steps in customizing
• First steps in ABAP debugging
• Solving incidents on 3rd line
• Incident analysis
• Perform other activities provided by your Team Lead
  
  

  Who you are

• University degree in IT, ideally SAP ERP-related or similar
• 3-5 years of experience with working in international, corporate environment
• Various business processes knowledge
• Familiarity with SAP, ideally with SAP SD and/or LE modules will be a big plus
• Strong motivation to further develop in the SAP ERP O2C direction and the technical side thereof
• Knowledge of programming languages, i.e., ABAP, COBOL, JAVA 
• IT higher education (E-commerce, ERP) (mandatory)
• Ability to work with routine tasks
• Fluent in English (German would be an asset)
• Well-versed in intercultural communication as well as a good teamplayer
• Open-minded and hard-working, reliable and ready to learn a lot of new things
• Structured working method
• Ability to work in several topics in parallell
• Experience in working in international environments
