What you'll do

• As a Process Manager you will play an active role in the global Knauf IT transformation
• You will be driving the design and continuous improvement of complex solutions in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners
• You will consult on the optimization of processes and design proper IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
• You will define technical specifications for SW-development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the life cycle of designed solutions
• You will lead or assist roll-out and improvement projects
• You will act as member of the change advisory board to support demand and change management
• You will actively scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to identify further potential for improving the solutions and processes
• Potential analysis for new features of the regular releases
• Identification and evaluation of best practice solution
• Specification of the requirements, support of the implementation and acceptance
• Establishing and developing business processes and requirements from internal and external stakeholders to support sales, service and other teams

Who you are

• You convince with significant experience in designing, implementing and improving IT-based compliance and audit processes in multinational industrial organizations (in-house or external)
• You are familiar with compliance and audit solutions and the integration into an overall customer experience as well as further corporate IT solutions
• You have a good mix of competences in compliance and audit business process and project management concepts and tools e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, PRINCE2, SCRUM (agile)
• You have a university degree in computer science, business information systems or comparable
• You are a collaborative team player with a good balance of “can do" mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• You have strong communication and conflict resolution skills within IT and towards business at all levels
• You are fluent in English and ideally also able to communicate in German, or any other additional language
• You would be willing to travel regularly to Knauf sites on all continents
