IT Project Manager - Procurement (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- You lead the roll-out, upgrade, and optimization of systems in the field of Procurement
- You coordinate and monitor the project objectives in terms of resources, time, quality and budget
- You are responsible for for project planning and set-up, as well as testing and go-live
- You act as functional lead to IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users, and vendors
- You gather, provide, and document regular updates and reporting from/to project teams, program management, and other stakeholders.
- You drive communication with key stakeholders (e.g. steering committee) to support active change and adoption managemen
Who you are
- You have a strong track record in (co-)leading IT projects focused on procurement
- You possess strong people and communication skills and are able to interact with stakeholders on all levels
- You have experience in procurement solutions, Cloud and AI technologies, like Jaggaer, SAP Ariba or similar
- You are a team player with a good mix of business process and IT Knowledge
- You know how to use various project management methods and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project and have initial expertise with agile methods
- Fluent English and ideally German skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Knauf sites on all continent
