What you'll do

• Lead the development of new services and service management design in line with the business strategy
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design solutions to ensure manageability and maintainability of services and related commitments
• Manage budgets towards targets, overall delivery to meet quality targets, and develop people and skills
• Evaluating new and emerging technologies to determine their potential impact in Knauf´s production plants globally.
• Reviews solution designs on a regular basis and guides decision-making.

Who you are

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in the design of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated services that meet business needs
• Profound experience with technologies and concepts applied in the manufacturing domain.
• Passionate about IT Services Industry and Managed Services
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and their potential impact on the organization
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in order to handle stakeholders of all hierarchy levels (business and IT) and provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams
• Service-oriented mindset that focuses on how people, processes, and technology operate together to create value for the organization
