What you'll do

• Customize, configure and parametrize Jaggaer according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality
• Design technical concepts, especially for Interfaces to SAP
• Performing technical specifications, unit tests, technical deployments (transports), data migration, hand-overs to service desk, solution related system monitoring, and 3rd level support
• Collaboration with solution architects and program/process managers to identify opportunities for technical improvements and handle incident reporting and analysis

Who you are

• University degree in IT or Engineering
• 5+ years experience in SAP Ariba and/or Cloud and AI technologies professional developer / customizing. Experience in Jaegger is a plus.
• Experience with ITIL Service Management
• Solid Experience in Supply Chain processes
• Basic understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP development workbench and the integration tools to SAP and/or Mulesoft 
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office products
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
