What you'll do

• You play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation
• You have end-to-end responsibility for SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects in the technical/architectural Area.
• Your tasks start from ensuring project planning and resource allocation up to on-time delivery within budget at high levels of key stakeholder satisfaction
• You act as Technical Lead to IT process managers, Solution Architects, application specialists, developers, testers, and vendors with experience and knowledge in S/4HANA integrations with SAP and non-SAP products
• You are responsible for risk management, reporting, and communication with the steering committee
• You continuously communicate with key stakeholders to support active change and adoption management
• You drive the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• You evangelize SAP themes and technologies and support the innovative achievement of business needs
  and goals

Who you are

• You have successfully (co-)led complex SAP S/4 HANA projects in multinational organizations (in-house or as a consultant), ideally with active change management
• You have in-depth experience with a wide range of SAP Products and modules with an understanding of cross-functional process flows, data, and dependencies
• Your expertise in agile/waterfall project management methodologies is ideally supplemented by PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications
• You have a university degree in computer science or comparable
• You are experienced in Enterprise Architecture Management and large ERP transformation projects/programs
• Experience with SAP Technology architecture and Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), as well as SAP Transport Management and usage of SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build
• You are acknowledged as an entrepreneurial leader and empathic team player with a solid balance of analytical skills, a "can do" mentality, and risk management mindset
• You have a strong aptitude for digital thinking and transformational leadership, and can develop teams to integrate and apply new skills/techniques to business needs
• You have excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills within IT and towards the business at all levels
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are willing to travel occasionally to KNAUF locations on all continents
