What you'll do

• You play an active role in the global KNAUF S/4 HANA transformation by shaping and driving innovative state-of-the-art IT solutions for the SAP Finance and Controlling ecosystem
• You are responsible for the holistic planning, design, and implementation of application, integration, and software architectures End to End within or across the SAP application landscape
• You establish relevant standards, appropriate (security) guidelines, and support processes in close collaboration with domain and platform architects
• You initiate and (co-)lead projects to implement designed solutions and convince the top management to release funds and empower change
• You understand the S/4HANA roadmap and integrations with SAP and non-SAP components
• You evaluate new SAP technologies and perform Proof of Concept (PoC)

Who you are

• You have a significant track record in designing and implementing innovative SAP solutions for Finance and Controlling areas and related architecture for large global enterprises
• You have expert knowledge of SAP software products, standards, and Best Practices in SAP S/4 HANA. You will architect, SAP Solutions in Finance and Controlling Module for deployment, configuration, and operations that are simple and have scalability, maintainability, and resiliency.
• You are experienced in Enterprise Architecture Management and large ERP transformation projects/programs
• You are experienced in SAP Technology architecture and Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• You have a demonstrated ability to define business cases and influence key stakeholders across all business levels to drive standardization and transformation initiatives
• You have a proven track record of applying expertise to deliver business impact and influencing executives to set strategic directions
• You have a university degree in computer science or comparable
• You are praised as a proactive team player with strong communication and conflict resolution skills within IT and toward business at all levels
• You are fluent in English, German plus
• You are willing to travel occasionally to KNAUF locations on all continents
