What you'll do

•  Join a high performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the administration and support of the network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN solutions, cloud connectivity and internet security globally
•  Support of the network infrastructure key elements (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Remote Access)
• Support globally distributed firewall solution
• Support Remote Access, Work-from Home service and Secure Internet Access(proxy) platforms
•  Support in the technical development and implementation of global IT infrastructure projects
•  Monitoring of the IT infrastructure
•  Responsible for supporting L3 team in management, maintenance and architecture of network devices and tools
•  Project Collaboration
•  Cooperation with 3rd party companies and vendors
  

Who you are

•  At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of support and management of IT networks
•  Background in network technology, including installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of networking protocols
•  Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies
•  Knowledge of Security, Data Center, and Voice technologies
•  Good knowledge and understanding of the infrastructure environment such as DHCP, DNS, Network Segmentation
•  Knowledge of and/or experience with working with the following network components:
• CISCO: Switches, Wireless, DNA-C, ISE
• FortiNet NexGen Firewalls or other NetxGen Firewall solutions
• Zscaler
• SD-WAN
• F5 BIG IP
• Network-security (NextGen Firewalls and\or NAC)
• Monitoring tools
• IPAM tools
• Broad experience in modern network infrastructure
• CCAN and/or CISSP or similar certification will be an asset
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluency in English, German will be an asset
• University degree in IT or Engineering
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices will be an asset
• Avaya switches, Linux, Network automation expertise will be an asset
