What you'll do
- Investigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to Infrastructure (business and process related)
- Act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business
- Achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation
- Assessment of the incident / service request
- Resolve if possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level
- Cooperate and communicate with 3nd level support if needed
- Comply w/ procedures, segregation of duties and service levels
- Contribute to knowledge management
- Perform other activities provided by your Team Lead
Who you are
- 3+ years experience in supporting areas like MS Exchange Server, Skype for Business, Mobile device management, Telephony (Mitel), Exchange Online, Email gateways
- Familiarity with various technologies: MS Exchange Server 2016, Skype for Business 2015, Exchange Online
- Skype for business/Teams
- Managing MDM Intune
- Experience in MS Exchange/ Administrating is required
- Intermediate knowledge/experience about Skype for Business 2015 /Team
- Basic knowledge about Active Directory, Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic skills related to Telephony (PBX) MX1, Teams
- Experience working with email gateways
- Knowledge of fluent English required
- Knowledge of Spanish / German / French is an asset
- Clear service orientation
- Good communication / interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a Team
- MS Exchange/ Skype for Business certificates/ coursed is an asset
- Mitel and Retarus applications knowledge is an asset
- Fortimail, Cloudflare gateways is an asset
- Endpoint (Intune in Azure) is an asset
- EXO (Exchange Online in Azure) is an asset
- MS Defender (connected with EXO) is an asset
