What you'll do

• Administrative Support within the Program Management Office
• Creation of Yammer Posts (Intranet)
• Independent administrative activities in the program management office
  
• Organization & preparation of meetings and workshops and subsequent follow up of information

Who you are

• Bachelor student e.g., in the field of Business Management 
• Proven practical work experience in the form of internships or training and experience with social media, writing texts & very good feeling for language
• Fluent in English and German, further language skills advantageous
• Quick comprehension, logical thinking, basic technical understanding
• Creativity, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, independent work style
