What you'll do

• You are responsible for the resource planning to ensure the deployment strategy and operations in support of evolving business and Talent priorities 
• You monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing
• You will also be involved in the planning of process or project-specific software tools
• Providing project managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes
• You effectively manage key project risks and issues 
• You are at the forefront of setting delivery and project management standards within the Program Infrastructure Community

Who you are

• You have at least 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in IT project management gained in industry, consultancy, or client-side in large and complex organizations
• Your project management experiences are ideally supplemented by PMP or IPMA Level D/C certification 
• You have excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills within IT and with the business at all levels 
• You understand business change/adoption management and communication planning
• You are proficient in MS Office
• You are fluent in German and English 
• You are willing to travel occasionally to KNAUF locations on all continents
