What you'll do

• Expansion and development of operational and strategic recruiting as well as responsibility for the applicant cycle in the IT area
  • Active cooperation with the Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the departments to be hired
  • Structuring, implementing and maintaining the overall applicant experience
  • Optimize hiring strategies and actively consult on attracting new talent
  • Point of contact for consistent use of the new Recruitment System for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and departments to be hired throughout the process
  • Working in side projects such as employer branding strategies, referral programs or assessment processes
  • Optimization of sourcing strategies as well as creative targeting of talent on various social media channels and recruiting platforms

Who you are

• Several years of relevant professional experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager, ideally in a corporate structure
• Enjoy the challenge of finding and attracting talent to the company via social media and other platforms
  • Experience in setting recruitment strategies and the ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent consultative skills to positively impact the speed and successful filling of positions
  • Ideally, experience in the use of ATS systems (Teamtailor preferred)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• Solid Polish or German is a plus
