What you'll do

• Work across product teams to architect, build and design next-generation technology solutions on Digital Platform
  • Collaborate with Process Managers in requirements decomposition into technical concept
  • Closely collaborate with other Architects and Development Team to influence and establish engineering best practices.
  • Mentor development team members and guide them in in emerging technologies and best practices
  • Contribute ideas and facilitate innovation in Digital Platform
  • Contribute in improving existing SDLC processes and automation
  • Conduct researches, design POCs and advice solutions roadmaps
  • Support existing solutions by collaboration with Service Owners and System Owners

Who you are

• University degree in IT, Engineering or similar
• Leadership and people management
  •   Strong moderation skills
  •   Ability to lead discussion and analyze complex situations
  •   Methodological expertise
  •   Comprehensive analytical skills
  •   Strong understanding of good requirements engineering and scope management
  •   Subject-matter expertise and strong software development / technical background
  •   Follow of modern and future technology and application trends
  •   Understanding of relevant technologies and software development life cycles
  •   Expertise in areas of application: governance, compliance, performance, scalability and security
• Solid experience in developing enterprise cloud-native solutions on Azure (data, networking, compute services)
  •   Hands-on experience in design and implementation of software architecture (domain-driven Architecture, SOA, CQRS)
  •   Background experience in building applications using .NET/C# with best practices in mind (Clean Architecture, OOP, SOLID, GiF)
  •   Knowledge applying CI/CD and automation
  •   Knowledge about containerization and virtualization
  •   Knowledge about SQL/No-SQL Databases and Data Warehouses
  •   Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  •   Ability to design ETL/ELT pipelines (Data Factory)
• Azure Solutions Architect certification is a big plus
  •   Experience working in IoT projects is a big plus
• Fluent in English
  •   At least 1 year experience in people management
  •   Experience working and leading in an agile environment
  •   Very good communication skills and open-minded personality
  •   Readiness to work in a structured way on multiple projects
  •   Ability to quickly prioritize and switch between tasks
  •   Desire to learn and use new technologies
