What you'll do

• Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and communicated to the team
• Supporting the program manager with his daily tasks and facilitating internal administrative processes, e.g., the procurement process and the reporting process
• Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and facilitating resolution of project-related challenges
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, including monitoring project budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget 
• Collaborating with project team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure project objectives are met

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
