Project Management Officer (m/f/d) Manufacturing Applications

What you'll do
- Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and communicated to the team
- Supporting the program manager with his daily tasks and facilitating internal administrative processes, e.g., the procurement process and the reporting process
- Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and facilitating resolution of project-related challenges
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, including monitoring project budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborating with project team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure project objectives are met
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
