What you'll do

• You independently set up and lead various IT Projects focused on the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of SAP ERP and S/4 HANA applications
• You plan and monitor project scope, milestones, deadlines, and resources incl. budget in line with the IT strategy and the current project portfolio
• You ensure project risk management, reporting, and communication including preparation and follow-up of steering committee meetings
• You lead/support global standardization and the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with SAP ERP and S/4 HANA configuration to achieve high levels of business customer satisfaction
• You identify relevant innovations and recommend changes to current and future SAP ERP and S/4 HANA systems to meet organizational needs

Who you are

• You have a proven track record in (co-) leading SAP ERP- and S/4 HANA projects in complex international organizations
• You have an in-depth experience with a wide range of SAP finance or logistic modules
• You bring a solid understanding of agile and classic project management methods, ideally supplemented by SCRUM, PMI, and/or Prince2 certifications
• You convince through good analytical skills and a structured, detailed, and goal-oriented way of working
• You are a team player with a pronounced "can do" mentality, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• You possess strong conflict resolution and communication skills at all management levels within IT and towards business in business fluent German and English
• You are willing to travel to different Knauf locations on a regular basis
