IT/OT Project Manager

What you'll do
- Lead the development and updates of IT and cross IT/OT projects
- Support Greenfield and Brownfield projects with a focus on IT and OT integration
- Manage projects (template / pilot, rollouts, release projects) in respect of quality, budget, time
- Define and setup project organization
- Setup and form project team
- Create project plan according to project charter
- Manage project controlling and steering
- Provide regular update and reporting of project status to project team, program management and stakeholders
- Definition and steering of project milestones / quality gates
- Manage project resources and project risk
- Prepare, document and communicate decision making
- Ensure right project communication
- Manage creation of project documentation
Who you are
- Proven success in the management and delivery of complex IT projects within scope / quality, budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong PM professional background of at least three years in a renowned global consultancy or similar inhouse position within a global organization
- IT background within area of general IT non-SAP and SAP landscape
- Ideally, you have experience in IT/OT – with focus over OT manufacturing processes and projects
- Experience in project management concepts (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification)
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player
- Active engagement of all relevant stakeholders, communication skills for all hierarchy levels, business and IT talk
- Ideally, you gained experience working with ServiceNow ITBM or other modules
- You are a fluent English speaker, German and Polish are an asset
