What you'll do
- Collaborate on an international team for Knauf's OneCRM Program, focusing on customizing and developing Marketing/Sales Solutions (MSS) applications.
- Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, configurations, deployments, integrations, custom code, and data quality management.
- Craft custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Streamline business processes by leveraging Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, Flow, and email alerts.
- Manage development from initial analysis to production deployment using Copado, ensuring seamless and impactful solutions.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in Salesforce application development to boost productivity, performance, scalability, and system monitoring.
- Tackle proactive and corrective maintenance, efficiently debugging and resolving issues to maintain system integrity.
- Lead the charge in championing Salesforce tools, mentoring team members, and sharing knowledge to maximize capabilities.
- Manage and configure non-production sandboxes to support development and testing.
- Create detailed documentation for new features and enhancements, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team alignment.
Who you are
- Salesforce Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Sales Cloud, with a strong grasp of CRM processes in multinational environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in configuring Salesforce features such as page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and reports, and familiar with HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL.
- Certifications: Possess relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) or equivalent experience.
- Integration Experience: Experienced in integrating Salesforce with other applications using various APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming), and tools like MuleSoft and Salesforce Canvas.
- Tool Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Talend Open Studio, Eclipse, and Version Control.
- Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with business customers and operations.
- Team Player: A collaborative individual with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1), with German language skills as a bonus.
- Methodology Knowledge: Familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum, and ITIL Service Management knowledge is a plus.

- Educational Background: Hold a university degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
