What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with project managers, system administrators, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to server platform implementation in the OT area
• Execute comprehensive assessments of existing OT server infrastructure to inform the planning and execution of server platform projects
• Implement and manage OT server platform solutions, emphasizing VMware virtualization technologies, including VMware vSAN, and on-premise server clusters
• Develop detailed implementation plans and documentation outlining proposed architectures, configurations, and resource requirements
• Provide technical expertise and support during project execution, ensuring adherence to design standards, industry best practices, and security guidelines in the OT environment
• Identify and promptly address risks and challenges associated with OT server projects to minimize disruptions and delays

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in server platform engineering within enterprise environments, with a focus on OT systems, showcasing strong expertise in VMware, virtualization, including VMware vSAN, and on-premise server clusters
• Deep understanding of server virtualization principles, technologies, and best practices, particularly with VMware vSphere
• Familiarity with OT systems and their integration with server platforms
• Proficiency in configuring and managing server hardware and software components in OT environments
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully executing complex OT server platform projects
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage project stakeholders
