Team Lead Test Management (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- In this role, you will establish and lead our test management team, focusing on test planning, automation, and data management, while regularly reporting test results to program and project management
- Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a detailed test plan with a focus on outcomes, using tools like SAP Solution Manager to manage all test phases
- To support testers, you will create test cases from specifications and requirements, and manage or participate in test sessions with the team
- Conducting test data management by coordinating with stakeholders to organize relevant test data for SAP testing phases will be a core part of your role
- You will apply your expertise in industry standards to optimize processes and provide training and coaching on test methodology
Who you are
- Ideally, you hold a degree in information technology, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
- You bring several years of relevant experience in test management, either from a consulting company or a similar inhouse role within a global organization
- With a proven track record in managing and delivering test management services in complex IT projects and a strong IT background (preferably in SAP ERP S/4HANA), you excel at optimizing testing processes
- Extensive experience in test management, including ISTQB FL/Certified Tester methodologies, and proficiency in tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or Xray is highly beneficial
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills across management levels, along with strong conflict resolution abilities, complete your profile
