IT Application Specialist for HR Systems

What you'll do
- Customize, configure and parametrize HR system based on the requirements provided and agreed.
- During implementation plan and execute:
− Unit tests
− Data migration
− Technical deployment
− Hand-over to Operations
− Collaborate with IT Process manger concerning opportunities for technical improvements - Take part in solution design workshops
- Become specialist on the solution (or selected modules) in the HR field
- Implementation of technical concepts
Who you are
- University degree in IT or HR
- 2-3+ years of experience as HR Application Specialist
- Previous working experience with HR Management System/Talent Management System (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors etc.)
- ITIL Service Management Knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of business processes, IT services and master data related to Hire to Retire area. Process areas: Employee Lifecycle, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent & Succession, Learning & Development etc.
- Good understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between different functional modules of HRMS
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Good overall computer skills
- Knowledge with payroll systems (optional)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
