I joined Knauf as a trainee 6.5 years ago and have since progressed to the role of project manager. Knauf offers the opportunity to evolve both professionally and personally while working on exciting projects in an innovative environment. My career began with 14 years in consulting, where I built a strong foundation in delivering innovative solutions and driving business transformation. In 2019, I joined Knauf as a Process Manager for IT processes, leading impactful IT transformation projects. In 2022, I was promoted to Director of the Identity and Access Management team, where I now lead a high-performing team focused on secure, user-centric access management and driving innovation.
