I am grateful to Knauf for the opportunity to help shape a global and scalable ecosystem for data, analytics and AI. In this way, I can contribute to accompanying Knauf on the path of digital transformation - with the aim of becoming a data-driven organisation. I particularly appreciate working with competent and committed colleagues who enrich me both professionally and personally. As a data scientist, it is important for me to have the opportunity to continuously develop my skills and to establish collaborations with academic institutions such as the University of Würzburg in order to be able to categorise technological developments in the AI environment and use them specifically for Knauf.

My personal experience demonstrates that, regardless of whether you are a newcomer to IT or have years of experience, there's a place for you at Knauf. These roles have provided me with the opportunity to support, maintain and configure systems to ensure optimal end-user experience. This has been achieved by leveraging modern technologies and efficient working methods. The team spirit at Knauf is unparalleled, evident in our collaborative approach to work and our commitment to engaging in after-work activities. This was particularly evident upon my return to Knauf after a 1.5-year absence, where I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by my team, providing me with a renewed sense of energy and a positive outlook towards future challenges.
