  • Before I joined Knauf, I worked as a consultant for a couple of years, but before that I managed to dive deep into the world of incidents. I was an Incident Manager, then a Major Incident Manager and then a Process Lead and I remember it as the most intense time of my career. Now I am a Team Lead for the IM/MIM team. I never expected to end up in an IT organisation, but I always knew I wanted to work with the English language, which is why I studied English at university. My journey into IT was accidental, but I feel it was and still is the best fit for me. At Knauf I feel that I can be myself and share my knowledge freely, as well as learn new things from others. I have managed to combine my love of languages and find a new one for IT Operations; every day I look forward to the new challenges that await me!
